At VOGRACE, we strive for perfection in every piece of fashion we create, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your VOGRACE account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
